Confederação Nacional de Municípios The National Confederation of Cities - CNM is a municipalista entity with 26 years of existence, consisting from the yearnings of the controllers of the federacies, state and microregional associations of cities that if resented at a representative entity that, mainly in national level, defended the institucional interests of the municipal being and advocated for its fortalecimento. It is with this vocation that we are, throughout the time, working and adding efforts in favor of a strong municipalism, having as support to the state and microregional entities of cities that, with the representation of all the States of the federacy, in its set form the CNM. The condition of abrangência in all the domestic territory in gives legitimacy to them to speak on behalf of the 5,562 Brazilian cities, of which 83% have a not superior population the 30 a thousand inhabitants and possess the most diverse types of lack that they need to be minimized.

CIFAL Atlanta IFAL Atlanta is the North American affiliate of the Decentralized Cooperation Programme of UNITAR, the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.
