This day-long Practical Training Session expands on the thought-leadership agenda of the W2i Digital Cities Convention with a set of actionable tools for local-government professionals, field practitioners and service operators. Jury Chair Costis Toregas, Chair of the National Academy of Public Administration Standing Panel on Social Equity in Governance, leads an interactive discussion among the finalists about project objectives, lessons learned and next steps.
