At the W2i Digital Cities Joint State Briefing in Tallahassee, on March 26, 2008, FCC Region 9 and state-level management and law-enforcement stakeholders met to explore critical application drivers of wireless and their relationship to and bearing on local-community broadband initiatives at a time of severe budgetary constraints.
