File type:mp3 May 13, 2008 - What is the core value proposition of broadband wireless for cities? How do we do appropriate risk assessment for the technology, business models and time to completion? "We did not want to compete against our carriers that have spent millions of dollars in infrastructure here," Reneker said. "We learned from Philadelphia that's not the good business model."
