Palo Alto (CA) RFP for High-Speed Broadband The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the development, construction and operation of a citywide ultra-high speed bandwidth system. Such a network must provide minimum symmetrical bandwidth of 100 megabits per second per end-user connection, and make affordable and available to the customer in Palo Alto: high speed data transport and Internet access; and voice, data, and video services.
