San Francisco Continues Fiber-to-Premises Study San Francisco seeks a vendor to a perfrom a Phase II assessment of community fiber to the premises for public and government use. The tasks include estimating residental and business demand for the next 20 years, surveying residences and businesses, meeting with focus groups, and providing on-going advice.
