Rice County (MN) RFP for Point-to-Point Wireless Network Proposals for a point-to-point wireless connection will be received by Rice County until Monday, February 25, 2008, at the Office of the Auditor/Treasurer. Complete specifications are available from Elert & Associates, 140 3rd Street, Stillwater Minnesota, pete.gray@elert.com. A pre-bid meeting for potential bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 13th, 2008, at the Government Services Building, 320 NW 3rd Street, Faribault, MN.
